About Lina
Meet Lina Kanaley, MFT.
Marriage & Family Therapist in Flagstaff, AZ, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based therapy.

Hello, I’m Lina
Therapy that meets you where you are.
I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, and I started Meridian Mountain Therapy to offer that kind of space here in Flagstaff, in person on Leroux Street or by telehealth from home.
My work spans children and teens, adults, couples, and families, with a particular focus on the emotional side of pregnancy, birth, and the first year of parenthood. Trained to see relationships, not just symptoms, I draw on grounded methods like CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-informed care, and you always set the pace.
